For most of her life, Shannon did what she thought she was supposed to do. She avoided anything considered “bad,” including THC. She built a career, raised a family and kept pushing forward. But as they do with so many of us, the pressure and expectations caught up with her. Alcohol became her way to cope—until it became the thing holding her back.

Getting sober changed everything. It gave her clarity, presence and the strength to rewrite her story. Now eight years alcohol-free and a proud mom of three, Shannon still wanted something to help her unwind—something that felt good and aligned with who she is now. Not another drink. Not the tired “mommy needs wine” culture.
