Frequently Asked Questions
Is Delta 8 Safe?
At Roam Beverages we sought to make the healthiest Delta 8 drink on the market. We have partnered with Nano Hemp Tech labs for the safest Delta 8 out there. We have a Certificate of Analysis that can be found here:
Our product has been 3rd party lab tested for safety as well. Also, our Founder Shannon has over 17 years of Marketing experience and you’ll find all Roam products labeled with THC or Delta 8 THC. While we are hemp-derived, we don’t lead with that word to avoid any confusion. There’s nothing relaxing about taking something you didn’t expect. No deceptive Marketing here.
Will I Show Positive for THC on a Drug Test?
The short answer is Yes. On a drug test you will show positive for THC if you consume Roam or other Delta 8 Products. We would recommend abstaining if you’ll need to take a test.
What if Delta 8 Is Illegal In My State?
Delta 8 is federally legal. The following states have specific regulations around Delta 8.
In two other states, delta-8 is regulated the same way as recreational cannabis: Connecticut and Michigan.
Meanwhile, delta-8’s legality is unclear in 4 states: Arizona, California, Minnesota, and Mississippi.
Finally, Delta-8 THC is illegal in 13 states: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, New York, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, Utah, and Washington.

Does Roam Have Alcohol In It?
No! Roam is alcohol-free. We use Roam as an alcohol-alternative while many other people use Roam and other Delta 8 drinks as a mixer. However you like to Roam we encourage you to be responsible, go slow and stay off the road unless you’re sober.
Roam is still 21+ and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
What Can I Expect From Drinking Roam
Roam has been described as a gentle buzz or warm fuzziness. Delta 8 THC is not as strong as Delta 9 which is what you normally find in Cannabis or at dispensaries.
